The Problem

The Problem

The original AL LARK website struggled to convert visitors into participants:


  • A navigation bar with 7 unprioritized items and no clear call-to-action

  • A hero section dominated by the logo, with no compelling message to engage visitors

  • An unclear user journey, with nothing guiding people toward booking a sea excursion

  • No social proof — no testimonials to reassure first-time visitors

Visitors had no clear reason to act, and no clear path to follow even if they wanted to.
